Inspired by her long standing career and accomplishments within the spa and medical spa industries, Hana launched SYR—a modern men's lifestyle brand featuring patented skincare and grooming tools. It also includes the first-ever Mens Med Spa Studio dedicated specifically to men's unique aesthetic needs.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Hana is a family-first individual who enjoys traveling the world. Known for her wit, style, and an undeniable passion for empowering others, Hana continues to set the standard for what it means to lead with both heart and expertise in the beauty industry.

Taylor, a dedicated registered nurse who has been caring for patients since 2020. While her nursing career began in the hospital setting, her passion for aesthetics has been with her since she was young. Two years ago, she decided to follow her heart and transition into the world of aesthetics, bringing her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate care to every client she serves.
Her commitment to excellence is evident in her rigorous training and constant pursuit of perfection—ensuring that every treatment is not only effective but also tailored to the unique needs of each individual. With an eye for beauty like no other, she strives to help clients feel their most confident and radiant selves.
Outside of work, Taylor cherishes time spent with her family, who are her whole heart, and loves to explore new places through travel. Ava Perez - BSN Aesthetic Nurse
Ava Perez, a registered nurse based in NYC, has known ever since she was a little girl that she had a passion for helping others. She strongly believes an integral part of overall health and wellness is feeling confident, beautiful, and good about oneself—both inside and out. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at SYR/4Her and looks forward to empowering each client to feel like their best and most beautiful selves with every appointment.
Beyond nursing, Ava loves the simpler things in life—such as art, literature, and spending quality time with her family and her beloved pup, Kai. When she’s not working at the hospital, she loves to take Kai on long walks under the trees, curl up with a good book from her personal library, or go on a day trip to the Metropolitan Museum. She sees every day as an opportunity to romanticize her life and live it to the fullest.

With over seven years of experience as an esthetician in med spas, I have had the privilege of transforming the skin and lives of thousands of patients. My passion for skin care goes beyond treatments; it's about fostering confidence and well-being. When I’m not helping clients achieve their desired results, I cherish quality time with my family, exploring nature on long walks, and unwinding with my favorite shows. I believe that a balanced life and personal connection play key roles in delivering exceptional care, and I'm excited to continue this journey of beauty and self-discovery with everyone I meet.
